3 Ingredients:
2-Ripe Bananas
1 ½ cups shredded coconut
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips or to your liking
Makes 6 Cookies
- Mash the bananas with a fork
- Add shredded coconut to banana mixture
- Optional Pinch of Cinnamon and Vanilla Extract
- Top with dark chocolate chips to your liking
- Spray Baking sheet or use Parchment Paper
- Roll into a ball shape and pat flat on baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown
