Pumpkin PRO-PIE Shake

Melina’s Pumpkin PRO-PIE Shake:  Serving 1

-1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt

-1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

-1/2 cup water

-1/2 cup unsweetened Almond milk

-1 cup ice

-1/3 cup 100% Organic Pumpkin Puree

-1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp Bee Pollen (if you don’t have any, it’s highly recommended to take daily… in shakes, oatmeal etc! Go to www.nuts.com to order)

-1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

-1 tsp of liquid stevia or 1 packet stevia (optional)


Mix all in a blender and ENJOY this seasonal spicy FAVE without any GUILT… keeping you satisfied with a balanced MEAL.  Even add a simple side salad with it or another green veggie for lunch or dinner!  YUM YUM YUM!
