FULL BODY BURN OUT!

-100 push ups

-100 lunges (alternating so 50 each leg)

-100 plank jacks

-100 regular jumping jacks

-100 FULL rep sit ups

 

Whenever you are bored with a workout of feel like you want to change things up an do something NEW, a 100 REP challenge is always a GOOD PLAN.  Take 5-10 exercises and complete 100 FULL reps of each one! That will definitely challenge you and BURN you out!
