MAY Meal Plan

Meals Vitamins
  • 8 oz water right when you wake up
  • 8 oz fresh juice
 

  • 1000mg Vitamin C
 MEAL 1

  • 1/3 cup Oats (dry serving)
  • ½ grapefruit
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 Multivitamin Tablet (pre-natal)
  • 1 capsule iron (45-50mg)
  • B-6 (50mg)
  • 3 capsules glucosamine (1500-2000mg)
  • 3 Collagen tablets
  • 1 digestion enzyme

 

MEAL 2

  • 1 slice Ezekiel Bread
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1 small apple

MEAL 3

  • 4  oz turkey or chicken breast, or white fish
  • 3 oz sweet potato or red potato OR 1/3 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cooked green vegetable of choice
 
   
MEAL 4

  • 4 oz tuna (in water canned or fresh)
  • 1 slice Ezekiel bread
  • 1/3 avocado

MEAL 5

  • 3 oz Salmon (raw shashimi or cooked)
  • 1 cup cooked green vegetable of choice
  • 3 cups spinach/leafy greens
  • 2 tbsp light dressing
 MEAL 6

  • 1 scoop protein  (any kind or flavor)
  • 1 rice cake
  • 2 prunes
Before Bed:

  • 1000mg Vitamin C
  • B – 6
  • 1 zinc-mag-calcim tablet
  • 3 capsules glucosamine
  • 1 digestion enzyme
Workout Circuit : JUMP & PRESS
-20 switch lunges (jumping lunges in place)
-20 push ups (basic)
-20 pike presses 
-20 plank jumps (in and out in plank)
-20 narrow squat jumps (push through heels, keep knees together)
REPEAT 5x
Then…end with 500 flutter kicks
