Melina Fitness Simple Shake

protein_shake_250x2511This “Simple Shake” recipe is PERFECT for anyone anytime of the day!  It  is high in protein and perfect for a pre or post workout meal that is easily digestible and satisfying!


  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk


Mix all ingredients in an blender and Enjoy!!! Add additional spices to kick up the flavor, or fruit to fulfill and sweet craving!
