I want you to LOVE your body this week and LOVE what you are fueling it with.  In order to get your health and body looking and feeling the BEST, you need to stick to your nutrition and meal planning.  At the same time, you want to LOVE what you are eating… so I have for you a delicious Breakfast treat packed with protein and fiber to start your day off right and satisfied.


Sweety Oat Cakes:  Servings 1

-1/4 cup oats ground in food processor
-1 oz sweet potato puree/mashed
-1/2 scoop vanilla protein
-1/4 cup almond milk 
-4 egg whites
-1 tsp ground flax
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp baking powder
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then in separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Then mix all ingredients together so you make a nice thick batter.  Then cook on medium heat in a pan with a spray of olive oil to make your delish SWEETY Cakes… yummy!
